Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for managing and controlling all costs associated with construction projects, from initial estimates to final account settlement. The core objective is to minimize project expenses and maximize value for money while ensuring that strict quality, structural, and compliance standards are maintained.

1. Analyze blueprints, architectural plans, and project scopes to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

2. Conduct regular site visits to track project progress, value completed work, manage variations (change orders), and adjust budget projections accordingly.

3. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to source cost-effective construction materials and validate supplier pricing.

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
