Pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman Min. 2 Tahun sebagai Estimator dalam perhitungan RAB di bidang Kontruksi Perumahan.
Menguasai produk material bangunan dan mahir dalam menggunakan software estimator dan software gambar teknik Auto CAD & Sketchup (Drafter)
Jujur, Disiplin dan bertanggungjawab dalam pekerjaan.
Job description :
Mengelola aspek proyek, mulai dari estimasi awal hingga efisiensi anggaran selama proses konstruksi.
Membuat, memperbarui, dan mendokumentasikan gambar teknis sebagai acuan kerja tim lapangan.
Melakukan pembelian, pendataan, dan pengawasan barang material logistik di proyek.
Mengikuti instruksi pimpinan proyek.
