What they need
About the role
Responsible for preparing cost estimates, quotations, tender submissions and bills of quantities for Fire Protection and M&E projects. Review drawings and specifications, perform quantity take-offs, monitor project costs and prepare progress claims and variation orders. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams to ensure accurate costing, proper documentation and effective cost control. Assist in procurement, project budgeting and final account preparation to ensure projects are completed within budget and contractual requirements.
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field
- Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Fire Protection or M&E systems being an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to interpret technical drawings
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
