Job description

Contract administration, preparing tender, quotes, progress claims and Final accounts

Deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues

Quantities measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for quotation whenever require

Prepare variation quotations and resolve the dispute issues. Follow-up on progress claims certificate promptly to obtain payment certificate

Liaise with main contractors and consultants to obtain costing and quotation support

Maintaining a systematic project filing system to ensure all instructions, documents are properly documented and tracked.

Attend all tender coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meeting for follow-up actions.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in

Engineering

At least

minimum 6 Years

of working experience in the related field in singapore.
