Quantity Surveyor

Study & review drawings, take off quantity, cost estimation and request for quotation

Responsible for quantity surveying and cost estimating

Liaising with clients& subcontractors

Checking and analyzing of tenders

Preparing progressive claims

Ensure that project files, drawings, specification and bidding contracts are maintained

Update and record variation or omission order issued of each project, record certified claims

Verify sub-contractor’s claims for approval

Prepare and purchase insurance for project such as Performance Bond

Any other ad hoc works.

Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management or equivalent

At least 1-2 years of QS experience

Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Words and Office

Good in handling paper work and able to work under stress and fast paced environment

Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively

Good in communication skill (verbal& written) and interpersonal skill
