What they need
We are Electrical engineering Company with Commercial Project background, Looking for QS to handle the below.
Job Scope
- Preparing of cost estimation & evaluation and quantity take off
- Preparing of od documents for tendering application
- Preparing of payment claims and verifying of sub-contractor payments
- Assist Project Director on project cashflow forecasting
- Sourcing for material and quotation for evaluation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying
- 3 — 5 Year of similar work experience
- Experience in Landed property industry
- Assists in shop drawings & material submission.
- Liaise with main contractor.
- Supervise the installation of electrical works.
