Duties and Responsibilities
- General QS & Contract Administration Works.
- Subletting, measurement, subcontractor’s payment assessment, interim payment application, VO valuation & final account negotiation.
Education
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying.
- 5 - 8 years’ QS experience in contractor or QS consultant firm working for building projects (preferably with HKHA’s projects experience).
- Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude.
- Good computer skill and self- independence.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
