Quantity Surveyor Construction - Ambassador

How many of your clients still track their BOQs and actuals in Excel and WhatsApp?

As a QS, you see it on every project: budgets, valuations and cost overruns spread across spreadsheets and group chats. We have built Wakha, an advanced software for residential property developers: GANTT planning, Site Diary, BOQ & Finance, complying with SA regulation (CIDB, NHBRC, JBCC contracts).

Who we’re looking for

• Quantity surveyors who work alongside property developers or contractors every week, as consultants, in-house or in a QS practice
• Trusted by the clients you would introduce: you know their projects, their cost structures and what slows them down
• Based in South Africa

How it works

• You introduce us to a property developer or contractor, we run a 45-min demo with them, and if they become a client, you receive 30% of their yearly subscription for as long as they stay a client. That’s around R16,500 per year, from a single 45-min introduction.
• No cap on the number of clients you can refer
• A written partner agreement is signed with the terms
• Your partnership is disclosed to the clients you introduce, in line with your professional obligations

How to apply

• Send a short message telling us the type of clients you work with and the cost-tracking tool they complain about most, and we’ll run a 30-min call together.
