Quantity Surveyor (Construction / Civil Engineering) - 5 days, Fulltime

Location: Changi Project

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $4100-$5500 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
• Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to contracts and project costs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects will be an advantage.

• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
