Basic Salary: $5000 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender quotations, ensuring all submissions meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for tender and construction works.
• Review tender documents, drawings and amendments to identify changes and cost requirements.
• Source and evaluate quotations, rates and technical information from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate tender interviews and negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage subcontract agreements, letters of award and related documentation.
• Monitor progress claims, payment certifications, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Assist with final account settlement and cost reconciliation with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Experience in tender preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation and subcontractor management.
• Familiar with progress claims, variation orders, payment certification and final accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying / measurement software.
