Quantity Surveyor (Construction Maincon)

Benefits summary:

• Basic up to $5000 (Stretchable based on experiences)
• Entitled yearly VB
• Monday to Friday + Alt Saturday (Office hour)
• Working location at East region (Free shuttle bus service)

Job scope:

• Assist in tender preparation, quantity take-off, quotation sourcing, and submission documentation.
• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and competitive pricing.
• Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and tender documentation including BOQ.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier tenders from a commercial standpoint.
• Support contract administration, including variation orders, extension of time claims, and final account settlement.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
• Experiences in M&E project will be added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
