Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy) DP3

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Liaise with vendors and sub-contractors for quotations.
• Compile and evaluate vendors and sub-contractors' quotations.
• Ensure completeness of scope and full compliance to the specifications.
• Manage Contracts administration
• Perform other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building
• At least 2 years working experiences in the related field
• Good working attitude.
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
