Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for lighting projects. The QS will ensure cost-effective project execution while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
· Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification.
· Minimum of two years relevant experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
· Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and cost reports.
· Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively with project teams and meet deadlines.
· Candidates living in close proximity to Ikeja will be given a higher consideration
