Quantity Surveyor /Contract Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor proposals.
• Administer contracts, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and budget performance.
• Coordinate with project, site, consultants, and finance teams on commercial matters.
• Maintain proper contract records and reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or property development.
• Familiar with tendering, contract administration, progress claims, VO, and final accounts.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software.
