Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive

About the role

We are a Quantity Surveying consultancy firm based in Petaling Jaya, currently expanding our portfolio of projects in the central region. Join us and gain on-field experience with high-rise and housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all QS-related matters for the assigned project
• Handle cost estimation, contract documentation, and tender processes
• Monitor project cost, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Provide professional advice and reports to clients
• Taking off quantity (by software cubicost or cost x)

About you

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, measurement, and cost management
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage project teams and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese
• Experience in Cubicost or CostX software will be an added advantage
