Quantity Surveyor - Contracts and Claims

About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor - Contracts and Claims at DJ Group Holdings (HK) Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects. Based in Admiralty Central and Western District, this full-time position will see you working closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and negotiating contract documents, variations, and claims
• Analysing and managing construction costs, budgets, and financial records
• Providing expert advice on contractual and commercial matters
• Assisting with the preparation of tenders and bids
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or risks
• Collaborating with the project team to resolve disputes and maximise profitability
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract administration, claims management, and cost control
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using project management and cost estimating software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
