Contract Management
Draft, review, and administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements, consultancy agreements, and vendor contracts..
Maintain contract documentation, amendments, correspondence, and records.
Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations.
Manage contract renewals, extensions, and closure activities.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, milestones, and deliverables.
Quantity Take-Off and BOQ Preparation.
Cost Estimation and Budgeting.
Contract Administration.
Tendering and Procurement.
Rate Analysis and Cost Benchmarking.
Billing and Measurement Certification.
Claims and Variation Management.
Advanced Excel and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
AutoCAD and Quantity Surveying Software knowledge preferred.
