What they need
Position Overview
Provides total cost control, including quantity estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) review, payment certification, variation management, and claims analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop independent baseline cost estimates and evaluate BOQs from contractors.
- Validate contractor progress billings, track project cash flows, and manage variation claims.
- Provide commercial evaluation during contract tendering and perform final account closeouts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- Licensure/Certifications: Professional certification required (e.g., PIQS, RICS/MRICS, or AACE CCP). FIDIC contract knowledge preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in cost management and quantity surveying across complex commercial projects.
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
