QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. If you are a graduate in BS Civil Engineering with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cutting list preparations for building construction projects.
• Utilize your expertise to estimate project costs accurately.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel to create and manage project documentation.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimation of materials and costs.
• Demonstrate efficiency, reliability, and self-motivation in all tasks.
• Knowledge of the Planswift program is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building construction and estimates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
