We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor cum Project Coordinator with around 2 years of experience in the construction field to support project costing,material planning, budgeting, and day-to-day project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and assist with quantity-related activities.
• Support material planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for projects.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Execution Team for smooth project execution.
• Follow up on material requirements and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Handle internal and external project communication and coordinate project-related tasks as required.
• Maintain necessary project records, updates, and reports.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth coordination and completion of assigned project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimation/Project Coordination in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ, material planning, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with Project Managers and Procurement teams.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with practical construction/project experience and good coordination skills.
