Quantity Surveyor (E&M)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantify surveying functions in construction project;
• Calculate estimates on the cost for projects;
• Mange costs, values, labour and material process, finance contractual arrangement and legal matters in the construction field;
• Communicate and interface with Engineers as necessary to evaluate project cost.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects;
• Preferred with E&M experiences;
