Quantity Surveyor - Electrical

• Prepare project cost estimations, budgets, and verification of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) at tender stage.
• Develop and secure approval for procurement budgets and costing (PIF).
• Draft subcontractor agreements, process monthly bills, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare and submit Interim Payment Applications (IPC), and conduct joint verification with cost surveyors and stakeholders.
• Reconcile tenders for all projects, perform monthly project reconciliations, and report to the supervisor.
• Review bank guarantees for advance payments.
• Manage DVP logs and order variations.
• Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports.
• Adhere to HSE guidelines at the site(s).
• Undertake any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
