What they need
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or a related engineering course.
- With at least 2- 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Experienced in preparing detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs.
- Able to interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Knowledgeable in material costing, labor costing, and equipment costing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
