Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engineering/ M&E Subcon/ Training Provided)

• Manage tender documents, drawings, and corrigenda to ensure accurate document control.
• Review tender drawings and prepare enquiries to support project costing.
• Source quotations and coordinate subcontractor/vendor tender submissions.
• Perform quantity take-offs and support cost estimation.
• Assist with tender evaluation and submission preparation.
• Maintain proper records for substantiation and audit purposes.
• Interpret M&E drawings for tender and project execution.
• Verify site variations and support claims documentation.
• Assist in evaluating completed works and subcontractor claims.
• Monitor claims, payments, orders, and outstanding balances.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner and open to new skills and technologies.
