Location: Aljunied
Basic Salary: $5000 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for electrical works by reviewing project scope, quantities, materials and labour requirements.
• Support tender preparation by compiling tender documents, obtaining quotations and comparing supplier/subcontractor pricing.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and project requirements to assist with accurate costing and pricing.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and variations, and highlight significant cost changes or potential risks.
• Assess completed works and verify quantities to support progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Assist with contract administration, variation orders and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors on costing, quotations, claims and other QS-related matters.
• Provide QS support for projects when required, including occasional site visits to verify completed works, quantities or project requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering or commercial support, preferably within M&E or electrical projects.

• Good knowledge of electrical systems, drawings and construction processes.

• Willing to make occasional site visits when required to support project and QS-related activities
