Quantity Surveyor （ Entry level/Experienced ）（SG base）

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costing and pricing for carpentry, cabinetry and joinery works.
• Study architectural drawings, design plans and project specifications to determine material and labour requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity measurements, cost estimates and quotations based on project scope.
• Work closely with clients, designers, suppliers and internal project teams to clarify requirements and pricing.
• Review and update quotations, including variations and additional works where required.
• Track project costs and assist in ensuring projects are delivered within the approved budget.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, costing details and other QS documentation.
• Support commercial and residential projects and handle other quantity surveying duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction or a related discipline.
• Experience in interior design, carpentry, joinery, cabinetry or renovation will be an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant QS qualifications are welcome to apply, with training provided.
• Strong numerical, analytical and costing skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for costing and calculations.
• Well-organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
