Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with proven experience in Fit-out and Marble works to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE relevant experience in fit-out and marble projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and project budgeting
• Experience in material take-offs and pricing for marble and interior works
• Ability to review drawings and prepare accurate estimates
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Take quantities from drawings (BOQ – Bill of Quantities)
• Review drawings and specifications
• Calculate material quantities, labor requirements, and overall costs
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions
• Control and monitor project costs and variations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Assist in contract administration and cost control
• Preferred Nationality Philippines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
