Quantity Surveyor Executive

What you'll be doing?

• Handle for Taking Off / Tender Submission.
• Handle progress claims / payment certificate, variation orders, evaluation of claims and other related task.
• Assist in awarding contracts, reviewing contract documents and providing recommendations on contractor valuations.
• Manage pre and post contract activities including monitoring materials and site valuation, variation orders and final account.
• Support operational matters related to contractual issues and other contract administration duties.
• Monitor the scope of work and contract conditions and apply for extensions of time, if necessary.
• Attend site valuations, conduct site measurements and attend regular meetings when required.
• Assist in preparing the LoA, drafting the letter and completing the necessary documentation.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by management as necessary.

Who are we looking for?

• A candidate who can ensure the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, bachelor's degree
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar / Construction Industry / Consultant Firm in a similar position.
