What they need
Quantity Taking-off, Costing, prepare quotations, Correspond with Customer
Deal with suppliers, prepare material requisitions and relevant data records & paperwork
Verify subcon invoices and certify payment
Prepare progress claims & project final account. Assist in following up on payments from the customer
Co-ordinate between Customer, Site Team and QS Dept
Willing to travel to project sites whenever required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role requires communication and coordination with suppliers from China.
