Quantity Surveyor (Façade Construction)

About the role

Join our dedicated facade & curtain wall commercial team, responsible for end-to-end quantity surveying services from tendering, subcontractor evaluation, cost planning, variation assessment, and contractual claims to final account settlement. You will work closely with project teams to control project budget, mitigate commercial risks and resolve contract disputes for our high-rise building envelope projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender documentation, BQ, tender analysis & quotation evaluation for curtain wall / facade packages
• Conduct cost planning, budget monitoring, variance analysis and regular cost reporting
• Subcontract administration, interim payment valuation, variation assessment & final account preparation
• Manage contractual claims, identify commercial risk, conduct negotiations and assist in dispute resolution
• Liaise with project team, subcontractors, consultants and clients on all commercial matters

About you

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Solid knowledge in QS practice, contract administration & construction commercial management
• Minimum 3 years relevant QS experience, preferably in building facade / curtain wall works
• Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proactive, organized, good communication skills
