Quantity Surveyor (Fitting Out)

Responsibilities

• Establish standardized pricing guidelines and perform cost estimation
• Monitor project budgets and cash flow
• Negotiate and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders
• Manage commercial administration for assigned interior fitting out projects
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Prepare tender bidding process and documents
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a commercial/quantity surveying role within the construction industry (interior fitting out work)
• Degree / Diploma /Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Knowledge of using AUTOCAD for measurement is a must
• Proficient in contract administration, cost control and project reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents related to interior fitting out works,
• Extensive experience in re-measurement, valuation of variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and management of subcontractor accounts
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills
• Experience in Residential Projects is preferred
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools will be an advantage
