Quantity Surveyor - Fresh Graduate Welcome

Duties and Responsibilities

· Working days: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

· Responsible for pre-tender work, including analyzing and summarizing tender scope, locating suppliers and contractors if necessary, preparing bills of quantities, pricing and submitting tender documents

· Responsible for preparation of tender document and tender calculation

· Prepare costing and quotation for project base on bill of materials and new project requirements

· Evaluate quotation from contractors and suppliers

· Revise cost and quotation if/when required

Requirement

· Possess a relevant diploma/bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification (eg, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or other related fields)

·  Ability to work independently

·  Computer literate
