Job Description (Quantity Surveyor – ID & M&E)

• Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts for Interior Design (ID) and M&E works.
• Prepare and manage tender exercises, including sourcing, comparison, and evaluation.
• Perform cost estimation, cost control, cost management, and cost planning for ID & M&E projects.
• Develop and maintain vendor and subcontractor networks for procurement processes.
• Evaluate progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor and manage contract close-out, extensions, and renewals.
• Coordinate with project team, designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements (Quantity Surveyor – ID & M&E)

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Experience in Interior Design (Fit-Out) and/or M&E works is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in cost control, contract administration, and tendering process.
• Good working attitude with strong organisational and planning skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
