Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design / A&A)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tendering process, including measurement, sourcing quotations, and quantities take-off.
• Analyze, understand, and interpret the requirements for tender submissions.
• Prepare and arrange all necessary documentation for tender submissions.
• Source materials and vendors, handle interim progress claims, and manage variations in subcontractor claims and orders.
• Expand the supplier network to enhance competitive pricing strategies beyond existing vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee projects from contract award to completion, including managing final accounts and subcontracting, while attending site meetings and addressing client requests and feedback.

Requirement :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Engineering or equivalent.
• Good to have experience in projects related to Commercial/Interior Design/A&A, etc.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy with minimal risk of errors in numerical and cost-related tasks.
• Capable of effectively managing project costs to ensure profitability while maintaining professional communication in English with clients and stakeholders.
