We are seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Christchurch team.

The Role

You will play an important role within our QS team and be involved in all aspects of project cost management including:

• Measurement and estimating

• Tendering and subcontractor procurement

• Contract administration

• Cost control and reporting

• Negotiation and subcontractor management

What you’ll bring

• Quantity Surveying qualification

• Minimum 5+ years’ QS experience in commercial construction

• Strong experience with measurement, tendering, estimating and contract administration

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Positive, motivated collaborative team attitude & culture

• Must have NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
