Quantity Surveyor (Junior / Senior)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Building, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Self-motivated, competent, honest, and hardworking.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity measurement and valuation of work done (VO).
• Handle purchasing and procurement activities.
• Attend project/site meetings.
• Liaise with consultants on project-related matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM7,000
