PT Lixicon Indonesia adalah perusahaan kontraktor umum di Batam yang menyediakan layanan konstruksi di bidang Sipil, Arsitektur, Mekanikal, dan Elektrikal.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3 Konstruksi Sipil
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor
- Memahami pekerjaan sipil dan arsitektur
- Mampu menyusun dan menghitung BOQ, RAB, dan RAP
- Memahami metode konstruksi serta jenis material
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan target waktu
Tanggung Jawab
- Menyusun estimasi RAB untuk tender dan proyek
- Menghitung serta mengendalikan operasional proyek
- Menangani variasi pekerjaan, kontrak, dan klaim
- Menyusun laporan dan dokumentasi Quantity Survey
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek dan pihak terkait
