Quantity Surveyor - Landscape Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation, Submission and Getting Approval of Payment Applications / Final Accounts.
• Raise / help PM to identify RFI / Notice of Variation / Variation Order / Price submission and approvals.
• Follow-up/maintain records for extra work/additional preliminaries.
• Liaise with procurement department for finalizing the quotations for supplier / sub-contractors.
• Advising / preparations / tracing of contractual correspondences.
• Preparation/Monitoring of Sub-Contractors Works and Invoices.
• Monitoring the Resources utilization budget vs Actuals.
• Attending Weekly Progress Meetings with Client and Internal.
• Calculating and preparing Measurement sheets for Variation works / Sub-Contractors works, Interim and Final Accounts Invoices.
• Reconciliation of materials and works during substantial completion of the project.
• Maintain Files & Logs for All incoming & outgoing commercial & contractual correspondence, IPA, IPC & sub-contractor payment certificates.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other duties assigned.

Quality

• Sending delay notification for PC & Payment.
• Payment Log.
• Variation Log.
• List of Sub- Contractors with their payment status.

Qualifications:

• B.E in Civil or Bsc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying from reputed institute. 4 to 5 years of experience in landscaping industry.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in UAE landscaping industry.

Salary:

• Upto 10,000 AED
