Quantity Surveyor Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist PM and PD in the Commercial Strategy with consultant / client
• Develop policies and procedure for the department
• Negotiation with consultant and designer for monthly Certification and client final account
• Assist PM in the Strategy with consultant / client
• Verify the quality of work from subcontractors
• Recommend subcontractor payment certificate
• Verify and advise tender and construction document
• Coordinate with EIC and cost control
• Train and supervise QS team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architect or related qualification
• Above 10 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor
• Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning
• Be able to use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes
• Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices
• Capable of expressing oneself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions
• Computer Skills: Professional in MS Office, MS Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excel & CCS Knowledge, Excellent Knowledge in construction and Understand QS process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• TOEIC score: 550 points above.
