Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E, ACMV and construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, budgeting, and project cost monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations, including evaluation, comparison, negotiation, and appointment.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and other project-related commercial documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective cost control and timely project completion.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in M&E, ACMV, construction, infrastructure, or major project environments.
• Good knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, quantity take-off, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
