Quantity Surveyor / Measurement Assistant

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience
• Proactive, well-organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words etc.)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in pre- & post-contract works, products & tender analysis
• Prepare QS document, e.g. procurement, budget, estimating, forecast cashflow, supplier and contractor paymen,t etc
• Assist with variation assessment and settlement of final account, etc.
