Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate
- With at least 2 years work experience as QS or at site.
- With experience in preparing cost estimates
- With excellent communication skills (client interaction), Strong analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in using Quantity Surveying software and tools
- Familiar with various estimating methods, including unit rate, elemental and cost per unit of measurement
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with different types of contracts such as lump sum, cost-plus, and design-build contracts.
