Quantity Surveyor ( Mechanical, Electrical, )

• Cost Management & Estimation: Prepare conceptual and detailed milestone cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost plans for diverse sectors (commercial, corporate interiors, civil, or MEP infrastructure).
• Tender & Procurement Support: Handle vendor pre-qualification, prepare tender documentation, define project scopes, and evaluate contractor or vendor bids.
• Financial Control & Forecasting: Maintain active cost control systems, manage change orders, perform cash flow analysis, and update project budget reports.
• Value Engineering: Review design options and conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, internal teams, and external clients to communicate financial data and align with project goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Certifications: Professional memberships or charterships like RICS are strongly preferred.
• Experience: 5 -10 years of hands-on experience in cost management, estimating, or quantity surveying within the construction or real estate industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as CostX, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or specialized financial/ERP software like SAP.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, clear communication, and proven stakeholder management across multicultural or global teams.
