Quantity Surveyor – MEP

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with a strong UAE construction background and hands-on experience in MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and valuations.

Handle variations, interim payment applications, and final accounts.

Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor claims.

Conduct rate analysis, cost control, and commercial evaluations.

Monitor project costs and commercial progress.

Coordinate with project, procurement, engineering, and site teams.

Support tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years UAE experience in MEP construction.

Strong construction project background.

Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & ELV.

Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, variations, valuations, and contracts.

Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.

Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
