*Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering
*Must be knowledgeable in MEPFS Trades
*Minimum three (3) years experience in Quantity Surveying of Vertical Projects (Buildings, Offices, Warehouses, Factories, etc.)
*Excellent analytical skills
*Pro-active and Anticipative
*Passionate and Committed
*Expertise in Bidding Processes
*Excellent Communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)
*Highly Organized
*Remarkable Problem Solving Skills
*Teachable and Quick Comprehension
*Proficient in MS Office application
*Knowledgeable in email and cloud services (Google drive, Dropbox)
