About the role
A Quantity Surveyor position for the RESIDENTIAL building component of a new mixed-use development project comprising a mall and residential complex.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate comprehensive budget and cost plan for the property development project, ensuring accurate estimation and management of construction cost
- Participate in the selection and appointment of consultants and contractors
- Conduct detailed estimation and analysis of construction costs for land bids, subcontracting, variation works, and minor/maintenance projects, optimizing cost efficiency and accuracy
- Responsible for post-contract administration, including measurement of work, verifying interim payments and overseeing final account settlements
About you
- Degree in Surveying or equivalent
- MHKIS or MRICS is a must
- Relevant experience in property developer, consultancy firm or main contractor
- Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
