☑ Salary: $3000 - $3200 + Variable Bonus
☑ Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
☑ Work Location: Tai Seng
☑ Full Training Provided
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, taking off and progress claims .
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions.
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress claims .
- Highly self-motivated , good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity .
- Independent and able to meet tight deadlines .
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey / Building / Civil Engineering.
No Experience Required. Full Training Provided
