Salary: Market Related (negotiable Based On Skills And Experience) SUMMARY: Take ownership of the commercial and cost management of residential, mixed-use and commercial property developments from feasibility through to project close-out.

POSITION INFO: This role covers development budgets, cost planning and forecasting, procurement, tender processes, JBCC contract administration, contractor payments, variations and commercial risk, with regular project travel primarily to Eswatini and within South Africa. Requires a BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying and 5 to 8 years' relevant experience, ideally within developer-side or design-and-build projects.
