Quantity Surveyor | Electrical Engineering / Construction

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
• Support contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Prepare and assess progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
• Assist in resolving commercial and contractual issues.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• Electrical / Data Centre / Semiconductor / High-Tech EPC Construction Industry background or knowledge is required.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications, as well as candidates with experience in Quantity Surveying, M&E, EPC, Construction, Data Centre, or Building Services projects, are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
