Quantity Surveyor | Electrical | Entry Level

Location: Central
Working days: 5 days/week Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

Pre-Tender / Commercial

• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities, materials, labour, and project timeframes before project commencement.

• Tendering and Contracts: Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Budget Monitoring: Track expenses, manage variations, and forecast financial outcomes.

• Valuation and Payments: Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.

• Risk and Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and support resolution of contractual claims or disputes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical (M&E) Engineering, or a related field

• Ability to read M&E drawings.

• Basic understanding of pre-tender and post-tender administration.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking documents and quantities.
